b) Application Form & Information Brochure of SAAT–2010 can also be obtained from designated branches of Axis Bank, Syndicate Bank and Punjab National Bank (enlisted in Appendix-XV).

c) Application Form & Information Brochure of SAAT-2010 is available at www.soauniversity.ac.in. The candidate can take print out of application form, fill it up neatly and send it by Post / courier alongwith a Demand Draft of Rs. 750/- drawn in favour of SIKSHA O ANUSANDHAN UNIVERSITY, Bhubaneswar, Payable at Bhubaneswar.

d) Cost of one set of Application Form & Information Brochure is Rs.750/- (in person by cash) and Rs.800/- by post in the form of a demand draft drawn in favour of SIKSHA O ANUSANDHAN UNIVERSITY, Bhubaneswar, Payable at Bhubaneswar.
