A large number of new research projects are initiated every year with funding from various national and international governmental organizations and industries. In addition, the Institute funds number of projects to new faculty initiating research, and also projects in specialized areas of Cross Disciplinary Research Groups. The total number of projects as well as the flow of funds have been steadily growing over the years .
